Women's Indoor Mountain Biking

Get ready for some winter cross-training ladies! Put the skis/boards away for a fun filled Friday learning how to Mountain Bike by and with other women!

Ray's MTB Park has been putting this special Women Only event on for a few years and I hear it's a great time. The Why Not Estrogen Equestrians need to mount some gnarly steeds with nobby tires and give it a try. Bring it on and bring your helmet.

For information, check out Ray's Indoor Mountain Biking Park in Cleveland. Their website has directions, videos and you can see what the park has to offer for all skill levels. Don't have a MTB? They have a rental fleet with the latest! Looks kinda' cool.
